Kollel Neitz Ramat Beit Shemesh, is a kollel for married men meeting to study Torah for two hours every morning before sunrise. Rabbi Stein’s philosophy is that no person nor hour should be left void of Torah study, enhanced by uninterrupted unbothered learning in the quiet of the early morning.

The mindset of most is that I need to get up in the morning and I want to go to sleep at night. There are those few, however, who like to think the opposite. That’s us - that’s the kollel.
